Business and process first
Over 30 years understanding how companies work, before talking about technology.
SME specialists · AI, automation and custom systems
We apply artificial intelligence, automation and technology to transform business processes, improve decision-making and increase productivity.
Process and business first. AI where it makes sense.
What would you like to understand?
What sets us apart
That's why we start with the process and the people, and only then choose the technology.
Over 30 years understanding how companies work, before talking about technology.
We use AI where it reduces effort and supports decisions. We also use it to develop faster and with higher quality.
We agree on how to measure and keep tracking after delivery, to keep improving.
Does this sound familiar?
You don't need to arrive with a technical solution. Tell us where information gets lost or routines get stuck.
Data scattered across files and messages makes it hard to know which information is up to date.
Your team manually transfers data between records and performs the same checks repeatedly.
It's hard to identify the person responsible, the due date and the status of each request.
Decisions rely on manually compiled reports, often with inconsistent data.
Keeping operations running depends on personal files and undocumented know-how.
A system that belongs to your company
It's not a borrowed tool. It's built around the way you work, with your brand and under your control.
Anyone putting company data into a new system needs security. It is our commitment.
How it works
A conversation to understand the process and where AI and automation can help.
Deliverables and investment defined before starting.
You see the system evolve and validate each part with your team.
Training, support and improvements, as agreed in the proposal.
Goal: decide based on real use, before spending on the full system. This is the Design Sprint.
See the Design Sprint in detail ↗Timeline and investment depend on scope, integrations and available data.
Start small
We prioritize the most important process and grow with your team's validation.
Why custom-built
“Build it yourself” tools work for simple needs. When the system becomes part of daily operations, the risks appear.
| Criterion | Ready-made app builder | HVE Tech |
|---|---|---|
| Fit with your process | You adapt your process to what the tool allows | The system is designed around your process |
| Who builds it | Someone on your team, in whatever time is left | Specialists, with agreed scope and deliverables |
| Security and access | Depends on who set it up and how | Access profiles and data care from the start |
| As the company grows | Platform limits and per-user costs that can rise | The system grows with you, in stages |
| When something goes wrong | Usually forums, tutorials and trial and error | Support agreed in the proposal, from people who know the system |
App builders are a good option for simple needs. This comparison applies to processes that are specific or critical to operations.
Where to start
The investment for each stage is defined in the proposal, before any work begins.
We also offer development without a Design Sprint. Tell us how your process works, and we will agree on scope, timeline and investment in the proposal before work begins.

Illustrative demo · No client data · Not a live production system
The scenario
Inspections and downtime without a consolidated history for management.
A possible deliverable
Incident logs and indicators to track the criteria defined for the project.

Before you start
The first step is to explain how your business works today and what you want to improve.
A Design Sprint is a five-step process (understanding and mapping, sketching, deciding, prototyping and testing) to validate an idea with users before development. You receive a tested prototype, a findings report and a prioritized backlog.
Yes. A Design Sprint is useful when you are still unsure what to build. If your requirements are clear, we can move straight to a proposal and development.
No. We can start with your business problem, existing processes and the people involved. We define the solution scope once we understand the situation.
Not necessarily. We first identify where AI can create value. In some cases a simple automation or a custom system is the better fit, and we point you to the path that suits your process.
Yes. The full source code is delivered at the end of the project.
Yes. The NDA is signed before the proposal or the project, to protect your company's information.
No. It is a conversation to understand your process and point to the best path, with no automatic contract.
Not necessarily. Your team contributes its knowledge of the process and helps validate the solution. Technical and operational responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
We work remotely or on site, depending on your needs and the project. HVE Tech is based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil, and serves companies across the country; visits and travel arrangements are agreed in advance.
We assess data quality, access rules and technical feasibility. Data imports and integrations depend on the capabilities of the existing systems and must be included in the agreed scope.
After the free assessment, you receive a proposal with fixed scope and price. The Design Sprint and development are sized to the complexity of the challenge; timing and cost depend on scope, integrations and available data.
Yes, if the process can be broken into a useful first release. A working initial version can help validate priorities before expanding. A clickable screen prototype, however, is not the same as a production system.
Before work begins, the proposal specifies how implementation, documentation, support and future enhancements will work, including who is responsible for each part. Unlimited support is not included automatically.
